RE-Invest was established in 2007. We are a private equity fund operating on a non-public capital market. We invest in the potential of companies which are experiencing difficulties, are threatened with bankruptcy, need capital or organizational restructuring.

We specialize in optimizing the activities of enterprises, modernizing and changing their business models, balancing finances and implementing effective strategies. We also participate in both mergers and de-mergers, as well as in composition or liquidation proceedings.

We employ our own capital and introduce a comprehensive recovery plan tailored to meet the specific needs of a given enterprise. We are an active investor and support the company through the experience of our specialists who form part of its governing bodies, thereby ensuring effective management and supervision over the company’s resources.

We believe that the organization’s potential can fully compensate the investment-related risk and create a unique value. This is why we are looking for challenges, sometimes in sectors which at first sight seem to be old fashioned. We focus on manufacturing, transportation and service companies, on branches covering in particular the pharmaceutical, food, power and telecommunications industries and the real estate sector.
